The Atlanta Hawks are looking for the most enthusiastic, personable dancers/cheerleaders to represent the team on and off the court! The 2013-14 Cheerleader Auditions are right around the corner so make sure to RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot!

We want you to be confident and prepared for the Audtions, therefore we will  be holding a Cheerleader Prep Clinic on June 6th followed by the actual Audtions which start on June 8th. Read below for more information and to RSVP for both - We look forward to meeting you and good luck!

PREP CLINIC
Date: Thursday, June 6, 2013
Time: 6-9 p.m. | Registration will begin at 6 p.m.
Location: Atlanta Hawks Practice Court - Philips Arena

Attending the Prep Clinic will give you the opportunity to go behind-the-scenes with the Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders and find out valuable information. It will last approximately two hours and consist of dance/cheer instruction along with a Q&A session with current team management and cheerleaders. Please wear comfortable dance attire and arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session AND don't forget to download the PDF's for the Application and Waiver and bring them with you to the Prep Clinic on June 6th!

AUDITIONS
Date: Saturday, June 8, 2013
Time: Registration - 8:30 a.m. | Clinic - 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Location: Georgia World Congress Center

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR AUDITIONS?
Each participant should wear a two piece outfit, sports bra/halter and boy shorts/briefs. Wear shoes that are suitable for dancing/cheering, tennis shoes or dance sneakers.

Audition Requirements:
Must be at least 19 years of age prior to audition
Must be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.
Must have a part-time or full-time job or be a college or professional student

Must have the following on June 8th:
Photo

Once selected to the final round after the June 8th Auditions, participants will be expected to be present during Fabulous Finalist Week. All events of the final week of auditions are mandatory.

Sunday, June 9th - Workout/Rules & Regulations/Uniform Photos, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Monday, June 10th - Individual Interviews from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. | Boot Camp, 6-10 p.m.
Tuesday, June 11th - Individual Interviews from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. | Boot Camp/Practice, 6-10:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 12th - Fabulous Finalist Mixer: 6-10:30 p.m.
Thursday, June 13th - Finals, 6-10:30 p.m.
Friday, June 14th - Announcement Party, 6 p.m.
Tuesday, June 18th  - First Official Team Meeting (Mandatory), 6-9 p.m.
